Are you feeling stuck in recovery from your eating disorder?

Are you newly diagnosed and feel so overwhelmed that you don’t know where to begin?  Do you leave your sessions with your dietician or therapist with every intention to fight hard for your recovery, only to find that your eating disorder is far more persuasive when you try to eat?  A coach can be the resource you need in the moment to keep you moving forward in recovery and help you hone the skills you need to overcome your eating disorder and put it behind you for good.

Recovery coaching is uniquely designed to provide support when, where, and how you need it.

MEET ELIZABETH

My name is Elizabeth Betz and I am a Carolyn Costin Institute Certified Eating Disorder Recovery Coach.  I believe that everyone is capable of full recovery from an eating disorder.  As your Coach, my role is to be your support person when and where you need it.  I am available to my clients between sessions via 24/7 text support.  In this way I can help them overcome obstacles as they arise.  I prioritize offering actionable, realistic challenges to my clients which allow them to build upon success in recovery every day.  I foster hope and motivation for my clients when recovery is especially challenging.

I love being able to play a role in helping my clients recover.  I strive to keep sessions positive and goal-oriented for my clients.  Recovery is hard, but you do not have to do it alone!
